LOCATION UPDATE:
The Annual Meeting location has been changed from the Picnic Shelter to Doty Volunteer Fire Department.

Because the days are getting shorter and nights are getting cooler, the Board feels we will be more comfortable indoors!

The SCCE Annual HOA Meeting will be held on Monday, September 26, 2022, at Doty Volunteer Fire Department.

• Potluck starts at 6:00 pm

• Meeting starts at 7:00 pm

In honor of the long-standing end-of-the-season tradition, SCCE will provide the fried chicken, plates, silverware, and plenty of napkins.

Please bring your appetite, and a dish to share– if your last name begins with:

A-E Main dish or heavy hors d’oeuvres

F-J Side dish or heavy hors d’oeuvres

K-S Salad or heavy hors d’oeuvres

T-Z Dessert

This is a great opportunity to catch up with friends and neighbors potluck style and get an update on all the activities going on in the community at the annual home owner’s meeting.
