Architectural Change Form

If you are planning an addition or alteration to the exterior of your home⁠—fences, siding, and new paint colors included, or are thinking about adding a garage or other outbuildings, our covenants require that you first submit plans, specifications, and/or color swatches to the Architectural Committee for approval.

Follow these easy steps before you build or alter the exterior of your home:

  • Fill out the Architectural Change Form

  • Please allow 10 days for a committee member to contact you

  • Follow up with the architectural committee with your plan, timeline, and any specific questions

There are 3 ways to submit your changes:

  1. Fill out the Change Application Form in the section below

    • Have plans, blueprints, color swatches, etc. ready for architectural committee review

  2. Download the Change Application PDF & Deliver

    • Place completed application in the black bill dropbox at the entrance of the commons area parking lot

    • Because supporting documentation (plans, blueprints, color swatches, etc.) may not fit in the dropbox, please have oversized items available for architectural committee review.

  3. Download the Change Application PDF & Mail

Helpful Tip: To avoid frustration, confusion, and potentially costly re-dos please download the change application below and submit your completed form to the architectural committee for approval at least 30-days BEFORE you make updates or improvements.

The architectural committee is one of the most important committees within the HOA. This team ensures the community maintains an appealing uniform aesthetic which improves curb appeal and keeps our property values high.

They are a great go-to resource if you are thinking about making updates to your home or property. It’s a good idea to check with them before you finalize plans for major changes or improvements to your property.

Check with an architectural committee member if you have questions about things like:

  • Siding or roofing materials or colors

  • Fencing

  • Exterior buildings & sheds

The covenants committee helps maintain the integrity of the HOA by overseeing the rules established by the community. This group is responsible for sharing covenant information with homeowners, monitoring the neighborhood to ensure compliance, and reporting violations to the Board. This committee enforces the covenants and makes suggestions to the Board for improvements and updates. 

Check with a covenants committee member if you have questions about things like:

  • Campers, boats & other recreational vehicles

  • Dogs not on a leash or roaming free & chronic barking

The goal of the covenants committee is to make sure homeowners are familiar with the covenants to help prevent violations and to act quickly and fairly when violations do occur. These efforts will:

  • Maintain the overall appearance of the neighborhood

  • Preserve community relationships

  • Help keep property values high
