The South Canon Country Estates website has a new look and is packed with helpful information for homeowners!
The new site provides some SCCE history and outlines the goals of our Home Owners Association (HOA). You’ll find helpful reminders about the playground and pool rules, some good-neighobr guidelines, and details on how to reserve the shelter in the commons area. There’s information about our association fees, water system, and annual events. You can also review our covenants and by-laws and connect with the SCCE board or committee members. One of the best features is that the site will be updated frequently so you can keep up on all the goings-on and announcements in the neighborhood. Are you ready for a dose of summer?
The pool is open! Dust off those floaties and flip-flops and get ready for summer days poolside! To kick the swim season off and ensure everyone can enjoy this fantastic community feature, please review the pool rules with all members of your household and any guests. We want everyone to be safe! Pool hours are:
9:00 am - 10:00 am
Adult Only (18 and older) Lap Swimming
10:00 am - 9:00 pm
Open to SCCE residents and guests
Water Meter Replacement Project
Our water meter replacement project is nearly complete! With overwhelming resident support at the last two Homeowner’s Annual Meetings, new water meters have been installed in nearly all SCCE homes. Remote readings are scheduled to begin June 1, 2022.
The upgrade will allow us to more accurately track water usage community wide, identify water loss and/or leaks within the system, and eliminate the need for homeowners to read and report water usage every month– one less task on your to-do list!.
Covenant Reset
It’s been a while since the covenants have been updated. New materials, styles, and trends should be considered from time to time in order to keep up overall SCCE curb appeal. The board and covenants committee will be designing a survey to get resident input related to possible covenant updates. The survey link will be available soon on the website.
